Delivery and Returns

 

STANDARD DELIVERY UK MAINLAND & NORTHERN IRELAND

Orders under £49.99 - £2.50 delivery fee

Orders over £50 - Free delivery

Free Standard delivery on all Baby Hampers. 

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays) as each hamper and gift box is created and tailored to your specific requirements. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Our Delivery Service is Royal Mail which deliver between 1-3 working days, although we can track an item we cannot guarantee it will arrive in the timescales advised by the delivery agency.  All our gifts can be sent straight to you or directly to the new parents as all invoices are sent electronically to the registered e-mail address and never included in the package.

 In the event that we are unable to supply your goods for any reason we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. 

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

If your order hasn't been delivered within 30 days of purchase you have a right on a full refund.

 

RETURNS

We are proud of the quality and the range of our gifts, and all our items are inspected before they are dispatched. If the products arrive defective or damaged we will exchange the product or offer a refund.

Please note you cant cancel your order while in transit. After your order has reached your given delivery address you have 14 days to contact us if you wish to return your order, and further 14 days to send the goods back to us in original packaging and labels. All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.

You will have to pay the return cost of postage.

When shipping an item back to us item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It you have decided not to keep the product then unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the original postage or the return postage. However in the highly unlikely event that the goods are faulty then we will refund postage.

If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
